This April, we are marking 10 years at our Grandview/280 location, and with it, 10 years alongside Dr. Marian Northington.
From the very beginning, this office was built with her patients, her expertise, and her vision in mind. Over the past decade, she has helped shape it into what it is today.
Dr. Northington is a double board-certified dermatologist and Mohs surgeon, fellowship-trained under Dr. Thomas B. Fitzpatrick. Prior to joining our practice, she served as the Director of Cosmetic Dermatology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she played a key role in advancing the field.
Her passion for dermatology is evident in every aspect of her work — but those who know her best understand her unique ability to blend surgical precision with cosmetic artistry.
From Mohs surgery to injectables, threads, lasers, and Fraxel, her work reflects both technical excellence and a deep understanding of natural, beautiful results.
💬 “She explained the Mohs surgery procedure very clearly to me. I knew exactly what she was doing every step of the way… I’m very pleased with the care I received from her and her team.”
💬 “Dr. Northington and her staff go far beyond making my visits feel so comfortable… she has instilled in me more confidence about myself.”
💬 “She is truly the most compassionate physician… thank you for taking care of me.”
💬 “Dr. Northington is so knowledgeable… when you leave her office, you feel better.”
Known by many of her patients as simply “the best,” Dr. Northington has built a reputation grounded in trust, consistency, and exceptional care. What truly sets her apart is not just her skill — but the way she cares for her patients.
The trust she builds.
The confidence she restores.
The standard she sets.
For 10 years, she has been a leader within our practice and a trusted name in our community — and we are proud to recognize this milestone with her.
